LEAF SOFTWARE UPDATE - LC 11.3.5

We are pleased to announce the release of Leaf Capture 11.3.5

This version brings some very good news to Leaf customers who use their backs on the Phase One/ Mamiya platform, and improves support for the new Leaf Aptus-II 10R:
 
1. 1/1,600 sync on 645DF with Schneider-Keuznach LS lenses: is now enabled on all Aptus-II 8 backs (any serial number) as well as all other Aptus-II models (Phase One/ AFD mount) with serial numbers starting from LI301000.
An optional interface upgrade is available to Aptus-II and Mamiya DM customers carrying serial numbers below LI301000, who wish to take advantage of this new feature. (Part #: SV-1310).
 
2. Aptus-II Extended functionality on Mamiya and Phase One 645 platform - all models (requires service upgrade for Kodak Aptus-II backs):

- Live Video view: LV now works on all Mamiya/ Phase One models. Please note that the release of the special communication cable that was discussed before has been postponed due to some body firmware issues. This means that using Live View, for the moment, will require the user to manually set the camera to T (Please see the attached release notes for instructions).

- Remote camera control for all Mamiya/ Phase One models: Aperture, shutter speed and EV settings can be changed from the software and will be shown on the body’s LCD.

3. Several bug fixes, including burst stability on Aptus-II 8 and color Live View on Aptus-II 5. Please refer to the release notes for known-issues.

4. Aptus-II 10R: This new and unique product makes a very powerful solution for many users of Hassleblad V-series and large format platforms. The new firmware in 11.3.5 adds an orientation icon on the back’s display.
 
Firmware compatibility with Capture One 5.1.1 or older: Leaf Capture 11.3.5 includes a firmware version, which is newer than the one included with Capture One 5.1.1. This new firmware is essential for smooth operation and enhanced functionality of all new Leaf Imaging Aptus-II and Mamiya DM backs.
Leaf Aptus-II 5, 6, 7 and 10 and Mamiya DM22, 28, 33 and 56 backs in Phase One/Mamiya mount that carry serial numbers of LI301000 and above, are not compatible with Capture One 5.1.1.
The new Leaf Aptus-II 10R and its files are not supported by Capture One 5.1.1.

A new version of Capture One with full support for all of the backs listed above is expected to be available shortly.
