1. Does the battery have a built-in overcharge prevention?
Yes, built in to the AC power wall unit and inside the chassis is a board.

2. Is my battery okay to keep plugged in if charging is complete?
Yes, when charging is complete the AC power wall unit will go Green indicating charging is complete and is on stand by.

3. Is there a short circuit safety feature in the battery?
Yes there is, we use Boston Power batteries which have electrical and chemical safety features built inside each of the batteries.

4. Will it do any harm to the battery if I keep it plugged into the computer until both batteries are empty?
No, when both the computer and the external batteries are fully charged you will notice that the battery icon will stay at 100% for a long time. This is because the external battery is being used first, then the computer will switch to the internal battery and when the battery icon starts to decline it time to recharge.

5. How long will it take for the external battery to fully charge?
It can take up to 12 hours

6. Why do I have to purchase another MagSafe adapter? Why can’t I use mine?
Apple has the patent for the MagSafe, to use our Apple Juicz line we must modify the MagSafe so that it can plug into the external battery and then plug into the computer.

7. If I keep the external battery plugged into my computer will it harm the battery?
NO, Li-ion batteries can’t discharge to zero~if this were to happen then they wouldn’t be able to be recharged. The circuit board inside our batteries controls the over and under charge. So, the
circuit board goes on standby.

8. Can I charge both the external battery and computer at the same time?
Yes you can it is called "oat charging.

9. Can I use my external battery for my other computer it is a MacBook Air?
No, the MacBook Pro battery uses different voltage and current then the MacBook Air.
